Do you make custom chocolates?

I have allergies.  Can I eat your chocolate?
Our milk and white chocolate items contain dairy and any of our items, as they are made in a home environment, may contain traces of wheat, soya and nuts.  All products have allergy information on the product pages and clearly stated on the labels

How long will your chocolates keep?
All items will have a minimum of 4 weeks (usually much longer) until their best before date which will be clearly marked on the packaging.

How should I store my chocolates?
Please store our items in a fairly cool, dark place. They do NOT need to be refrigerated – this may cause the chocolate to bloom and produce unsightly white marks on the surface of the chocolate (though it would still be perfectly fine to eat).

See below the list of ingredients for our chocolate and most commonly used ingredients (all ingredients information is marked clearly on the packaging

Milk chocolate (33.6% min cocoa solids):  sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla flavour.  Fair Trade Certified FLO ID 1441

Dark chocolate (53.8% min cocoa solids): unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla flavour, may contain milk.  Fair Trade Certified FLO ID 1441

White chocolate (27.5%):  sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla flavour. & Fair Trade Certified FLO ID 1441

Coloured cocoa butter: cocoa butter, titanium dioxide, hydrated aluminium oxide, E104*
*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children

Bagstock & Bumble have been inspected by the local Environmental Health department and have a food hygiene rating of 5 out of 5. Everyone who makes our chocolates has completed the relevant Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering (Level 2) assessment and we have full product liability insurance with Ian Wallace Craft Insurance.
