Delivery & Returns
We currently ship only within the UK and all of our items are generally Royal Mail 2nd class.
Where possible, we will package our items so they can fit through the letter box (for instance most of our lollies and Obnoxious Chocs come in 'large letter' style boxes). If possible - when ordering larger items - please use an address where somebody will be available to take delivery of the package. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver to you or a neighbour, the parcel will be returned to the sorting office for you to collect or arrange redelivery. The parcel will remain at the sorting office for 18 days until it is returned to sender.
We make every effort to pack our chocolates securely so they reach you in tip top condition. If your item has been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive them so we can discuss it with you. Bagstock & Bumble may require return of goods before any refund can be issued. If you do not contact us within one week of posting we will assume that there have been no problems with your order.
Please contact us before making an order if you have any questions about our items as we regret we will be unable to cancel an order once it has shipped or refund/exchange items unless they are faulty.
